وكان منتخب مصر حقق الفوز على الرأس الأخضر، بثلاثة أهداف دون رد، في مباراة الجولة الأولى لـ تصفيات كأس أمم إفريقيا، التي أقيمت أمس الجمعة.
وعلم “بطولات”، أن حسام حسن المدير الفني لمنتخب مصر، طلب من اللاعبين الذين لم يشاركوا في مباراة الرأس الأخضر، الانتظام في مران ظهر اليوم، ولكن لم ينتظم أحمد حجازي في تلك التدريبات، دون أن يبدي أي مبررات.
وأشار المصدر إلى أن أحمد حجازي قرر مغادرة المعسكر لظروف خاصة به وتفهم الجهاز الفني ذلك.
وأكد أحمد حجازي، للجهاز الفني لـ منتخب مصر، أنه غير جاهز نفسيًا للاستمرار في المعسكر وتفهم الجهاز الفني الأمر.

The north Londoners are currently chasing Champions League qualification after a stellar first season overall for manager Ange Postecoglou, who has quickly endeared himself to the hearts of Spurs supporters.
The Australian's brand of intense, attack-minded football is easy on the eye, with Tottenham sealing some impressive results this season despite a plethora of injury and suspension problems.
Postecoglou has been left very short defensively in particular. First-choice centre-back pairing Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero have been unavailable for long periods since early November, exposing Spurs' real lack of depth in defence and prompting them to open talks for Dragusin this month.
Spurs' head coach will be eager to get the Romanian to N17 as soon as possible, but it's also believed that Levy and sporting director Johan Lange would like to bring in a centre-midfielder as well.
Tottenham have been linked with a move for Chelsea star Conor Gallagher if they can offload Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg before January 31, alongside the likes of Royal Antwerp ace Arthur Vermeeren. Now, it is believed the north Londoners have their eyes on Blackburn Rovers star Adam Wharton as well.

The 19-year-old, who has been a mainstay in Blackburn's midfield this season, starting 20 games and playing 24 overall, is seen as a potential "star in the making" by Spurs.
That is according to Football Insider and journalist Pete O'Rourke, who also claim Tottenham are "readying a move" to sign Wharton after scouting him extensively this season.

India’s World Cup squad will be named in Mumbai on April 15. The meeting is likely to be attended by Virat Kohli, the India captain who is scheduled to lead Royal Challengers Bangalore in their away match against Mumbai Indians the same evening.Although the deadline set by the ICC to announce squads for the World Cup is April 23, it is understood that the India selectors wanted the players to have extra time to prepare themselves for the tournament that India last won in 2011 at home.MSK Prasad, the chairman of India’s selection committee, had pointed out as early as in February that his panel had shortlisted a pool of 20-odd players from which the final 15 would be picked. “Maybe one spot might go to the last minute, otherwise we are very clear about the rest,” Prasad had told ESPNcricinfo in an interview.Prasad had also pointed out that the selection panel would not look at IPL form to firm up the vacant spots, “only because we have already made up our minds”. “We will only be observing the performances of the players we think should be in the squad and the list of stand-byes. The selection panel believes the left-handed Pant provides a good option in the middle order, especially against bowling attacks that are stacked with wristspinners. Pant has played only five ODIs, but his fearless batting has impressed the selectors, Kohli and the senior team management, as well as India A coach Rahul Dravid.The one other talking point for the selectors is the composition of the fast-bowling attack. As things stand, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar should be certainties. Pandya could play the role of the part-time seamer, but should India then have a fourth specialist seamer? Timo Werner joined from RB Leipzig on a six-month loan earlier this week, and Tottenham swiftly followed up the German's arrival by putting pen to paper on a deal for defender Radu Dragusin.
In the space of a week, Spurs impressively moved to strengthen Postecogolou's attack and defence, with centre-back Dragusin in particular coming as a much-needed new addition.
The Lilywhites have been forced to deploy both Emerson Royal and Ben Davies as makeshift centre-halves in recent months, with first-choice stars Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero often unavailable through injury or suspension.
According to reports, Postecoglou is now keen to sign a new midfield number eight for Spurs, and one who can alternate with playmaker James Maddison when required.
This has resulted in many links to Chelsea star Conor Gallagher, who has enjoyed a brilliant season under Mauricio Pochettino. The west Londoners could be forced to sell Gallagher in January to fund their own transfer activity, as per rumours last month, so this transfer may well be one to watch.
Elsewhere, new targets are occasionally emerging, including Napoli defender Leo Ostigard despite the club's signing of Dragusin. Middlesbrough star Hayden Hackney has also been linked with a move to Spurs, and journalist Dean Jones has provided an update on the situation.

Speaking to GiveMeSport, the reporter backed Tottenham's interest in the 21-year-old as genuine. However, a possible Spurs move for Hackney is said to be at the "early" stages.
"Hayden Hackney is the talk of the town after his goal against Chelsea, and it might not be too long before he is testing himself against teams of that quality every week," said Jones.
"Spurs are the side being talked about as the favourites to sign him, but that is not quite the case because Middlesbrough refuse to consider anyone as likely to sign him at this moment in time.

West Ham United transfer news – Wilfried Gnonto
According to a report from SportsLens, West Ham have been keeping their eyes on Leeds United attacker Wilfried Gnonto ever since the summer transfer window and could make an approach for the Italy international before the winter market slams shut at the beginning of February.

Several clubs were said to be eyeing up a purchase of the winger in the previous transfer window after Gnonto handed in a transfer request at Elland Road, although no sale ever came to fruition as the Yorkshire club were reportedly holding out for £30m.
Gnonto's career may have stagnated slightly with the Peacocks as the attacker has struggled for game-time this season under head coach Daniel Farke. The Italian has become a mere squad player, playing just 884 minutes which has been spread across 22 appearances. Meanwhile, he has registered just one goal and one assist in all competitions.
As a result, Football Insider recently claimed that Leeds are now finally open to selling Gnonto, a change from their position six months ago, and West Ham could be waiting in the wings to capture his services.

Compared to the rest of the sides inside the current top ten teams in the Premier League, only Manchester United have scored fewer goals than West Ham this season. The Hammers have bagged 33 goals in 20 league matches, or 1.5 goals per game on average. However, the Europa Conference League champions have conceded 1.36 goals per game on average, meaning their matches can easily go two ways, as per FBref.
Additionally, from West Ham's 33 goals in the Premier League this term, 17 have come from Mohammed Kudus and Jarred Bowen alone, which is over half. On top of that, only six players have scored more than one league goal for Moyes' side in the 2023/24 campaign.
In the team's midfield and forward line, with the exclusion of Bowen and Kudus, the Irons have several players who can get assists and create chances, such as James Ward-Prowse and Lucas Paqueta, but not enough players that can score goals.
One player who could help rectify this issue is Gnonto. It has been reported that Said Benrahma is on his way out of the London Stadium and Gnonto could be the perfect player to replace the Algerian. Benrahma has failed to score a single goal for the Irons in 21 appearances this season and currently boasts worse stats than the man who could take his spot in the team.

Gnonto is young and will be hungry to prove his talent at a club like West Ham, having been described as a "real diamond" by football scout Jacek Kulig. In 27 appearances last season, the winger bagged five goals in total, showing he has what it takes to play at the top level and a manager like Moyes would potentially bring out the best in him.
As a dynamic asset who can feature on either flank or through the middle, the Leeds starlet could well be the perfect addition to help send Benrahma packing.
